This is the first piece I created with the Tazart women's embroidery cooperative in Morocco. For this collaboration, I wanted to highlight Moroccan craftsmanship by superimposing it on a rough-painted drill on a jute background.

The contrast of shadow and light is a constant challenge in my work. The dark side of the forest contrasts with the word "Home", which recalls the image of a familiar, reassuring place, a return to one's inner self, a return to nature...
